Prachiti collects only the information needed to review cybercrime stories, run awareness quizzes, protect the service, and contact people who ask for help.
Story forms may collect a name, phone number, email address, preferred contact method, consent choices, and the experience you submit. Quiz registration may collect a name, mobile number, email address, course or year, answers, score, and event registration fields.
Authorized Cyber Warriors use story information for confidential review, support, moderation, and anonymous awareness content when permission is given. Quiz information is used to operate the event, calculate results, prevent duplicate entries, and announce winners.
Normal active records are limited to approved administrators with the correct permission. Records moved to the long-term privacy archive are visible only to a Super Admin using multi-factor authentication. Personal information is never intentionally shown on the public website without explicit permission.
A closed story or completed quiz record remains in normal operational access for one year. It is then moved to a permanent, Super-Admin-only archive. Security and administration logs are removed after two years. Permanent storage increases privacy risk, so archive access and exports are strictly recorded.
You may ask us to erase your personal information before the retention period ends. We will verify the request, remove identifying details, and keep only a non-identifying record that the request was completed.
Prachiti uses Supabase for database, authentication and storage; Vercel for hosting; Resend for story-alert email; Cloudflare Turnstile for spam protection; and, when configured, Sentry and UptimeRobot for error and availability monitoring. Monitoring must not receive story text, phone numbers, email addresses, authentication cookies, or passwords.
For access, correction, or deletion requests, use the email address shown in the Prachiti website footer. Do not send passwords, OTPs, banking PINs, or unnecessary identity documents.
